Booking and Payments:
All bookings are subject to availability.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment must be made before check-in.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation date will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for cancellations made earlier than 7 days will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Usage:
Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and follow house rules.
Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest.
Safety and Pets:
HANO PEAK is a pet-friendly property, but guests must ensure their pets do not disturb or do any spillage or fill the rooms with hairs.
The property is safe, but guests should exercise caution in the mountainous terrain.
Kitchen Maintenance Charges:
A daily charge of INR 500 will be added for kitchen maintenance, covering ingredients, gas, water, electricity, and equipment cleaning.
Additional Services:
Guests can avail extra services such as tracking, paragliding, horse riding, and river rafting for an additional fee.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is available until 8 pm. Late check-ins are not permitted due to the private mountain location.
